At Berger Financial Group, Tyson played a key role in the firm’s AUM growth from $800M to $2.5B. He led the integration of Berger’s first out-of-state branch, managing every detail of the transition—client retention, broadening service offerings, and fostering organic growth. Tyson’s problem-solving approach ensured smooth client experiences and optimized operations.

Building on this success, Tyson helped Berger Financial scale nationwide, supporting the launch of branches in three additional states. His leadership contributed to a complete overhaul of Berger’s internal M&A framework—streamlining deal flow, improving decision speed, and enhancing execution. By developing and refining these processes, Tyson significantly increased Berger’s M&A capacity, enabling the firm to pursue the right deals at the right time and the right price.

Before Berger, Tyson consulted with financial advisors on streamlining operations, boosting profitability, and leveraging technology. His career began at an ultra-high-net-worth family office, providing him with insights into complex financial planning and wealth management.
